Contrary to widespread belief, the influencer and modeling industries are not all glitz and glam.

 

The power imbalance in the relationships between brands & creators, agencies & models, are at the root of countless dangerous contracts, with potentially dramatic consequences. Yet, those contracts are signed every day.

 

That’s something both our co-founders have seen in the flesh. Elizabete Ludborza is a micro-influencer and Dorothee Grant is a model. They were so convinced that this is an important problem to fight for, that they both pitched the same idea during one of their Entrepreneurship classes at Cornell Tech.

 

Inspired by their vision, Elizabete and Dorothee were quickly joined by a fellow student with a software engineering background, Christine, united behind this common mission: preventing users from signing unfavorable contracts.
